Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your DateSpot account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — delete in the app

  1. Open the DateSpot app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently removed.

Option 2 — request by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from your registered address at info@datespot.be with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile, photos, bio, and preferences
  • Your matches, messages, and likes
  • Your account login and personal details

What we keep

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, payment and transaction records for tickets or subscriptions, kept for accounting and tax purposes. These are not used to identify you for any other purpose and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
